The MDP is in our DNA
CAMDEV designed and developed the original Management Development Programme in a joint venture with the University of Natal in 1992 — run with university faculty, outside consultants and business practitioners, and awarded jointly by CAMDEV and the University.
That programme was customised for major organisations, including Telkom’s Supervisor Development Programme and Spoornet’s Accelerated Development Programme. Today’s MDP carries three decades of that design experience into a format that fits the modern working week.
